It’s all about living abundantly and joyfully and doing
what is necessary to make it so. I’ve always observed people, asked
questions, and done a lot of reading in an effort to find what
works, what is best, how to do things, and to not “reinvent the
wheel”. It’s much more fun and satisfying to make something
original rather than spend a lot of time doing what’s already been
done. It’s also easier to start with a plan that someone has
already developed and then tweak it for personal use.

The intent of this blog is to be a clearinghouse of ideas and resources that all
the members of this blog community can use to enrich and better
their lives and the lives of their families. If you use a website
that you love, share it in a post. If you have a recipe that
everyone in your family will eat (or even one that is super good
and all your kids hate it but you and your spouse love it!), share
it. If you know of a great non-fiction book that has changed your
life for the better, share it. I will add links, titles, recipes,
resources, etc. to the blog that are in keeping with the overall
goal. Disclaimer: Just because I list a link, does not mean that I
endorse or sanction the entire content of the blog or website, but
that I found enough of it to be helpful to warrant it’s listing. I
will not list anything that contains offensive content.

Please feel free to comment and share! I love learning from others. If you have
a photo to illustrate your experience or point, use it. A picture
is still worth a thousand words. Please ensure that they are
inoffensive to even the most sensitive among us. Thanks! Share your
successes so we can all rejoice with you. Share your mistakes too
(with prudence) so that others can learn from them and not make the
same ones. We’re all human, and sometimes it’s nice to be reminded.
Plus, if you can laugh at yourself then you give others the right
to laugh too, and we all feel better! Did you know that serotonin,
which is released when we laugh, is 10 times more powerful than
morphine? We should definitely laugh more. Yes?! All the best to
everyone as we learn and grow together.

I was seeing if I could add photos from my iPhone. I can, but this isn’t where I really wanted them. Oh well, I’m figuring things out as I go.

This is my laundry dryer that I love! The poles are adjustable up to 5 feet wide so I have about 30 linear feet of drying space. I got it at costco.com, here’s the really long link: http://www.costco.com/Browse/Product.aspx?Prodid=11510001&whse=BC&Ne=4000000&eCat=BC|90608|28071&N=4047457&Mo=10&No=9&Nr=P_CatalogName:BC&cat=28071&Ns=P_Price|1||P_SignDesc1&lang=en-US&Sp=C&topnav=

If that’s too overwhelming just go to costco.com and search for the Greenway Laundry Lift Hanger Item # 495261 for $56.99. It’s under the Home tab in Sewing & Garment Care. Let us know if you get one and how you like it.
